coherent human design

Finally, an approach to Human Design—grounded in neuroscience

Human Design is a map of how you're built—how you take in energy, make decisions, and why some ways of living feel natural while others quietly drain you.Not a personality test. Not astrology. Something more precise. Calculated from your birth time and place. Most people have the same reaction:
Some part of me already knew this.
Whether you're new to it or have explored it for years, don't just learn about your design—experience what it's like to actually live it.With Kentaro Adam, Certified Human Design Guide (LYDG)

Most Human Design readings give you information and assume that's enough. It rarely is.

You leave with new language — generator, projector, sacral, splenic. You recognize yourself. But a few weeks later, you're back in the same moments:hesitating before a decision
overriding what your body already told you
saying yes, then feeling the cost of it later
The chart described you. But in the moments that matter, nothing changed. That gap isn't a failure. It's what happens when insight never reaches the level where your decisions are actually made.

Human Design calls it conditioning

In your body, it shows up more concretely than that. It's the patterns that formed early:how you learned to stay safe
what you had to be in your family
the responses that worked once and never updated
So now:
You can know your strategy and still not follow it. You can feel a clear no and say yes anyway. You can see yourself in the chart and still act the same way.
A chart can describe these patterns. It can't change them.

This work doesn't stop at insight

It focuses on changing the patterns that actually drive your decisions.
Memory reconsolidation — Bruce Ecker's work, used to update emotional patterns at their root instead of managing them.
The Core Language Approach — Mark Wolynn's method for tracing inherited family patterns back to where they began.
Polyvagal-informed nervous system work — because these patterns live in your body, not your thoughts.
Your chart shows you how you're built. This work makes that usable in real life.

90 minutes. Three movements.

One — The map. We walk through your chart — type, strategy, authority, profile — and translate it into how your energy actually works in your day-to-day life. You'll understand what to pay attention to, and what to stop forcing.
Two — The locks. We identify the one or two patterns most actively overriding your design. Not everything — just the ones that actually show up in your decisions.
Three — The path. You leave knowing what would need to shift for your design to become something you can rely on. What kind of work that takes. Where it happens. And what comes next, if you choose to continue.
You'll receive a recording and a written summary you can return to.
No prior Human Design experience required. If you don't know your chart, I'll pull it for you — just send your birth date, time, and place.

Kentaro Adam

I'm a Certified Living Your Design Guide, trained in the Core Language Approach with Mark Wolynn, and informed by the work of Bruce Ecker, polyvagal theory, and somatic practice.
My path to this work came through direct experience of how hard it is to change patterns that live in the body. That's the focus here.
Not just understanding yourself — but being able to trust your decisions, in real time. To stop overriding what's already clear. To have your energy available for the life you're actually here to live.
The reading opens the door. The work makes it real.
